I am not trying to look perfact,
I just want to feel better, look great,
I know I am healthy and rock any outfit I choose 

In our busy life we don't take care of us in order to complete our work and make money. we keep ourself in diet but we don't know the meaning of diet it means eat healthy.

TIPS: EAT HEALTHY AND WORKOUT FROM HOME 

1.   32 Times chewing method : When we chew food 32 times it helps to break the food in more and more pieces with much saliva and saliva makes our food soft which digest fast in our stomach.


2.   wake up with water : It is most important step to keep healthy and stay fit. drink one glass of water before brushing due to presence of good bacteria in our mouth. It makes our imunity strong. We should drink atleast 10 glass of water in a day.

3.   Every two hour eating rule :  When we eat more food together stomach gets fill and it is unable to release digestive juice and it effect our health. So we should eat small amount of healthy food in every two hours.

4.   Don't talk during eating : When we during eating food then we inhale air more than we required to our body and it creates the problem of gas in our stomach. 

5. Workout from home : We should give only hour to do yoga or exercise at home and keep our mind in relax mode during exercise or yoga
